Wake stay

They gave us another property different as we booked because that one was booked already. At first, they offered us a unit on the third floor, I said not we paid more for that 14 floor then they accommodated us on the same floor (14) we originally booked. Since we had to wait for two hours, they offered us a free breakfast (the restaurant was nice, and the food was good), but everything was cold. The waitress reheated the coffee—probably in a microwave—because it was all over the cup.
