Simply perfect!

We arrived at Casa Nelly and it was a little confusing as there is no sign outside. But I knew this from other reviews and when we knocked, the door was opened immediately into a gorgeous common area. The host greeted us, showed us around and handed us our keys. Filtered water, coffee and tea are available 24/7. Our room was simply perfect! A large fridge, coffee maker (with coffee and sugar!), oven, stovetop and even a microwave. The room is away from the noise but close enough for a short and safe walk to restaurants and many grocery stores. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

chambre familiale confortable avec cuisine et SDB. L'espace commun est grand et agreable avec canapé et table a manger. Tres bien situé. Juste bruyant le samedi soir. Dommage que la machine a laver ne soit pas disponible pour les clients. Option pour laver le linge assez honereuse avec 18 000 COP/kg. De plus merci de transmettre les instructions a l'arrivée. Nous etions devant la porte mais sans personne pour nous repondre. En fait il faut aller a une porte a cote. Cependant la communication avec whatsapp est efficace.

Excelente lugar para descansar

Desde el momento que entre a la estancia, fue un golpe de emoción, porque tan lugar que trasmite tranquilidad y seguridad. Todo en correcto orden, las imágenes, adornos, espejo las luces, el tono en blanco, la arquitectura. Es un lugar que me sorprendió. La atención por parte de los encargados, fue de amabilidad y muy servicial. Es un lugar que realmente descansas y te sientes tan agusto. Hay cámaras de seguridad que no es invasiva, es seguridad de ambas partes. El registro fue rápido, con la atención y explicación adecuada. No puedo agregar fotos, pero es muy bonito lugar. Altamente recomendado y por supuesto que regreso.
