Newly refurbished with new carpet, flooring, lighting and freshly painted. Close to Grand Canyon and Skywalk, Lake Mead South Cove boat launch and plenty of trails to ride your ATV's. Kathy was a wonderful host. She sent the necessary information prior to arrival - follow her driving instructions!!! She asked if there was anything specific we needed her to provide. Her communication throughout the stay was great. We had a lot of inclement weather, and she checked in on us. There was additional information in a binder inside the rental, which we used to add some stops to our list of adventures. The rental itself was great. It was clean and spacious, with an absolutely amazing view. There was a great coffee spread, and many of the apps on the TV were set up in advance, which I appreciated. The town is so cute. The little businesses nearby had some very nice people working there, and we enjoyed visiting them. We are already plannt to visit the area again next year, and will definitely book if the location is close enough to our stops!

Outstanding place to stay! Convenient location to Skywalk and Grand Canyan! Hosts were amazing people!! Their home became our home!! I would recommend this home to everyone!!

Lake house review

Very nice home. Will accommodate a large group. Beds were comfy. Well stocked with everything you need. Has a cute fire pit for roasting marshmallows and watching the night sky. Great communication with host.
