Had construction on the roof banging was loud and unbearable at 9 am 9:30 housekeeping knocks on the door and wakes me up again even tho check out is at 11 just a bad experience overall front desk lady was nice and apologetic but I was just over it

The place is nice and comfortable.1 problem, I know hotels don’t change their comforters for every guest.I get that.But our comforter was VERY DIRTY.Clesrly it was time to wash it.Everything else about our stay was good.Took the comforter off myself and replaced it with a clean blanket I found in the drawer.Please do better

I’m 82 and am very nervous about hotel showers. This had slip-proof flooring and a grab bar in just the right place. Beautiful bathroom and room. Perhaps I didn’t poke around enough in the TV offerings but I didn’t see the usual assortment of channels like MSNBC and CNN, etc. They could have been there. I did get a wake-up call both mornings which I sometimes don’t get in other hotels. So thank you for a very nice experience!
