The hotel was quiet, but we expected that as we stayed in November. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was good. The restaurant staff person was friendly and efficient. Our only negative was the front desk staff member, although friendly, was not very professional. Whilst we were eating dinner she was sitting at the bar FaceTiming with her boyfriend, laughing and joking around. The restaurant staff person was busy cleaning and putting things away and looked like she could have done with some help from the front desk person..but it wasn’t offered. Otherwise a nice stay

Walls and floors do not have any sound proofing, so we could hear guests above us walking back and forth until midnight. Then they resumed at 4:00 am for an hour before dragging luggage out. We were very tired the next day!

Smooth check in and very clean. The only downside I’d point out is that a few of the rooms have doors with gaps in the frame which can be a privacy concern. Thankfully, we were able to look at some other rooms and switch but it’s something to be mindful of if say they happened to be fully booked.

Beautiful resort

Beautiful resort with lots of character an old time charm. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The property overall is charming. Unfortunately the service was just okay. If you’re going to charge me a $30 resort fee, please explain the amenities. Also, the bathroom wasn’t great - old and damaged in spots. We got a deal because we’d stayed mid-week, but even at that, the price seemed too high. Disappointed.

It was an amazing romantic stay! However, there was a wedding on the property during our stay which we were not informed of in advance. There were reports from staff that we would need to exit the pool and outside amenities before the wedding started at 5 pm. This was disappointing given we were not told this until check-in. Overall, great stay! The Bartenders were wonderful!
