Idéalement situé. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Chambre très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant et mention spéciale pour Olivier qui est tellement gentil, disponible et très a l’écoute du client. Seul bémol, chambre très très bruyante sur la rue Coutellerie, au premier étage.

Bien positionné, bon rapport qualité-prix (séjour de 3 nuitées en mars, a proximité immédiate du Vieux Port) La vue, bien que partiel est vraiment un plus. Hôtel en rénovation avec du potentiel. Staff très poli et accueillant. La chambre, de manière globale, est assez conforme aux photos. En revanche, et cela n'est pas très acceptable : -Absence de rideaux de douche -Absence de bouilloire / machine à café -Certaines prises électriques défectueuses (ne marche pas) -Absence de brosse les toilettes (😳) -Présence d'un préservatif (non utilisé, heureusement) sous notre lit (😳😳) Le lit deux places classique mais un peu petit. La kitchenette permet de se cuisiner de déguster des huîtres acheté le matin même au marché du Vieux port. La proximité avec les commerces pour acheter une bonne bouteille.

Il s’agissait d’un studio pour deux personnes, il n’y avait pratiquement pas de vaisselle ;une assiette pour deux une petite cuillère pour deux La literie était très bonne la salle de bain toute neuve. La pièce était bien chauffée, l’emplacement de cette résidence hôtel est parfait juste à côté du Vieux-Port bon rapport qualité prix

Good location, central but set back 1 street from the old port. Very easy access to the metro, tramway, and buses. Room was nice, had a fridge, microwave and cooker if you wanted to use them. AC didnt appear to be working however, and the bathroom was a bit dated. The hotel was undergoing renovations specifically for the bathrooms at the time though, so they may be refreshed in future. Would stay again.

Good location but hotel is very dirty… I spend most of the day going out but come back to hotel at night is not an enjoyable moment. Although the hotel staffs are nice but I would never stay again and I would never recommend to any family with kids to stay here.
