Good location but dirty

Good location but hotel is very dirty… I spend most of the day going out but come back to hotel at night is not an enjoyable moment. Although the hotel staffs are nice but I would never stay again and I would never recommend to any family with kids to stay here.

J’ai eu l’occasion de retrouver des poiles dans mes draps le premier soir. J’en ai informé la réception qui m’a donc donné des nouveaux draps troués… le réceptionniste m’a ensuite assuré que les draps seraient changés le lendemain matin… ce qui n’a pas été fait. Pas de bouchon pour prendre un bain, le frigo ne fonctionnait pas

Best part is the location

Super close to old port and numerous sites. 15 minute walk from train station. Room was ok with basic furnishings, but super uncomfortable bed and window coverings were falling off, so wasn't very private nor dark at night.

Absence de prise en charge de l’établissement pour un problème électrique Absence d’électricité dans le quartier suite à des intempéries mais zéro réaction de l’hôtel Pire au milieu de la nuit alarme incendie s’est déclenchée Plus d’une heure sur le trottoir avec les pompiers mais aucun responsable ou gardien ne s’est présenté avec une certaine exaspération des pompiers et des clients de l’hôtel Par ailleurs établissement ancien mal entretenu

We weren't able to take shower as the bath tub drain was stuck. Didn't get time to report the issue as it was late, we had to wake up early the day after. The hotel is in bad conditions.
