L’hôtel est un peu vieillot, et le quartier… plutôt très populaire et même parfois inquiétant. L’accès au parking…difficile. Pour autant, chambres propres et confortables, personnel gentil et avenant, super cocktails et bon snacking au bar.

Unfortunately, my stay here was quite disappointing. Both the room and the communal areas were infested with mosquitoes and other insects. The room felt as though it was falling apart — cracks and stains on the walls, worn-out carpets, and an overall shabby appearance that resembled a cheap motel more than a hotel. The surrounding area offered very limited dining options, and many of the nearby cafes were frequented exclusively by men, which made it uncomfortable to enter, let alone sit and eat. On the positive side, the staff were polite and the bed was quite comfortable. The hotel is also within a short walk of the old port and the nicer parts of Marseille.

This was great hotel for our first visit to Marseille. It was centrally located. It’s close to great neighborhoods (Panier, Vieux Port, Noallies, and Cours Julien) — all are within walking distance. The staff were nice (the man working the front gave us a good a good restaurant recommendation). The room was spacious and clean. The building was quiet which allowed us a good night sleep after a long day exploring the city and its amazing history and street art. I would highly recommend this hotel for a first visit to Marseille.

Très mauvaise expérience au service client.

Impossible d’obtenir ma facture par téléphone malgré l’urgence. On me demande d’envoyer un mail sans aucune considération, et on me raccroche au nez quand je demande à parler à un responsable. Inadmissible pour un hôtel de ce standing. Cliente régulière, je suis choquée par ce manque total de professionnalisme.

Tive problemas com chuveiro no primeiro dia e tivemos que trocar de quarto. Na saída o cofre não funcionou e passaporte e outros valores ficaram sem ser retirados. Manutenção inicialmente não conseguiu abrir o cofre e só conseguiram isto as 4 da manhã, o que prejudicou meu descanso.
