The staff was friendly but, there was no AC and they did not have fans for us to uses. We would start sweating the moment we entered the room and it was almost impossible to sleep. They said the ACs were broken because of a maintenance issue with remodeling , the main AC was still working.

We booked this for a one night visit to Marseille and the room was so bad that we ended up leaving at 9pm and not staying. Incredibly stuffy, tiny room with no air con or a fan. Outside the tiny window was another building so no breeze. Noisy neighbours. Booked a double bed and it was a large single, not a double. Would rather have stayed in our car. Owners recently changed and the new ones must be trying to save cost. This place looks like a good cheap option online, but don’t do it. Just pay a bit more for a proper room & bed somewhere else…literally anywhere else.

This was a perfect stay for our time in Marseilles! It is a very very short walk from public train and bus. It is a stone throw away from the absolutely stunning marina. It is a easy bus ride to an amazing public beach with beautiful sand. The restaurants are plentiful and no more than a 2 block walk. There are several in fact immediately around the square where the hotel is situated. There is a Laundromat literally around the corner. Like 3 businesses away. This place had everything we wanted or needed. It said that towels were not provided, but they were. We did ask for a second towel and got it. And they did a spruce up on our second day✨, which wasn't expected. We loved being in the heart of everything! Highly recommend this place! NOT handicap accessible. Lots of stairs. Comfortable beds and someone is there 24 hrs a day.

Lo mejor la ubicación, junto a la ópera al lado del puerto muchos servicios alrededor. Cama cómoda y limpia, toallas limpias. El hotel es tranquilo, aunque parte del exterior es bullicioso por su cercania al puerto y terrazas, fuimos en festivos, hay más ruido. El balcón tiene un buen cerramiento que aísla mucho el ruido. No había aire acondicionado y tuvimos que abrir, nos comieron los mosquitos y el ruido nos despertaba. La segunda noche mejor, compramos loción antimosquitos y enchufe e hizo menos calor. Parece que están reformando y habrá aire acondicionado más adelante. Habitación y baño pequeños, pero con TV, secador, frigo, mesa y mesillas. Tiene una escalera para acceder empinada y estrecha. Si tuviera aire acondicionado le ponía un 8

Great place to visi Marseille. In front of the Opera, 3 minutes away from the Vieux-Port - Hôtel de ville metro and the L'OmbriÈRe De Norman Foster. Amazing position location and very nice hostes! The room is basic but has everything you need for a weekend! If we'll come to Marseille we already know where to stay!
