The room was spotless. Great view of the vieux port. Nice balcon. Hildalgo at reception was great. Came to Marseille 1/2 yr ago and speak great French. I been coming to this hotel since the 2000s.

It’s a fine place for a short stay. For the location, the hotel is relatively reasonable. I wish they would install a heating rack in the bathroom. Overall, I would recommend it to family and friends.

The location is amazing and the room was very clean. It was beautiful to wake up to the view Notre-Dame off my balcony and watch people on the port. The staff were very helpful and polite. I would stay here again

We had a great time! There were so many dining options right outside of the hotel. It was also convenient for walking to see the sites we wanted to see. Beautiful view out over Vieux Port from our room and balcony.

We were given a room on the 8th floor. We had to carry our luggage from the 7th to the 8th floor as the elevator did not service our room. However, the room was great with wonderful views of the harbor and the cathedral on the hill.
