The only thing we liked was the provision of cold water in the reception area. Otherwise it was absolutely awful! Where do I begin, room was full of damp and smelled awful! There was damp in walls and bathroom ceiling was falling apart. Everything was so tired and used. There was no cleaning at all. They gave us 2 toilet rolls and 2 small towels for 5 day stay. On day 3 air conditioning stopped working and not worked for a day and night which made the temperature and the smell of the room unbearable! It was a shocking experience and I wouldn't wish that on anyone! I am confident this room was a health risk and i felt awful putting my child through this.

Peor experiencia vivida en un “Hotel”. Tengo más..

Horrible, incomoda en todo momento, triste, con destrato y padeciendo burla por parte del personal del hotel. Para empezar, apenas habĂ­a llegado al inmueble, el recepcionista prosiguiĂł descaradamente a decirme que a razĂłn de que en nuestro edificio no funcionaba la climatizaciĂłn del edificio, ellos habĂ­an decidido “regalarnos” el desayuno incluido a modo de compensaciĂłn, cuando desde el vamos yo ya habĂ­a contratado el servicio de desayuno incluido del alojamiento del hotel.. AdemĂĄs, nos indicaron que debĂ­amos de pagar el monto de un cauciĂłn que en ningĂșn momento previamente se nos habĂ­a indicado. Posteriormente, cuando habĂ­amos vuelto de haber recorrido la ciudad y procedimos a consultar si habrĂ­a posibilidades de pedir un ventilador (de los cuales nos habĂ­an comentado que habrĂ­a disponibles a la noche), nos empezaron a contestar en francĂ©s (cuando anteriormente habĂ­amos estado hablando en inglĂ©s) que al final no estaban disponibles, y que deberĂ­amos de pedirlo al otro dĂ­a. Todo este calvario solamente sirviĂł para al otro dĂ­a padecer la misma situaciĂłn, con el agravio de que en esta ocasiĂłn eran conscientes de lo que nos habĂ­an dicho, emulando demencia como si esta situaciĂłn no habrĂ­a ocurrido el dĂ­a anterior, mirĂĄndose entre ellos entre risas. Como frutilla del pĂłstre, debo mencionar que en ningĂșn momento se me avisĂł en que momento nos cobraron el alojamiento, cuando explĂ­citamente habĂ­amos contratado la opciĂłn de pagar en el alojamiento, riĂ©ndose al respecto tambiĂ©n de mi

Nettes, hilfsbereites Personal. Sprechen auch Englisch falls man Französisch nicht so gut versteht. Zugang Unterkunft 24/7 wie auch Parkhaus (kostenpflichtig) ein und Ausfahrt 24/7, auch sicher (elektrisches Garagentor). Grosse Nasszelle mit Haarföhn, grosser Spiegel und viele ablagemöglichkeiten. HandtĂŒcher vorhanden. Der Wasserdruck der Dusche ist zu schwach, so dass ich beim duschen doppelt so lange gebraucht habe. Leider ist der Kleiderschrank unbrauchbar, da ein grosser Wasserboiler darin verstaut ist. Sehr schade, da der Platz des Zimmers sowieso sehr knapp ist. Praktische kleine KĂŒche inklusiv Geschirr und GeschirrspĂŒlmaschine. Kleiner KĂŒhlschrank vorhanden. Leider war der Schwamm nicht ausgetauscht worden. Es befanden sich essensrĂŒckstĂ€nde darin, was sehr eklig ist. GeschirrspĂŒlmittel vorhanden. Klimaanlage funktioniert hervorragend. Bett und BettwĂ€sche sauber und sehr bequem. Hunde erlaubt (16 EUR pro Nacht). Bin eigentlich nur wegen meinem Hund (Golden Retriever) hier her gekommen, positive Erfahrung gemacht (mein Hund ist erzogen auch Stubenrein, bellt nicht und lĂ€sst Passanten alle in ruhe, ist immer an der kurzen Leine) Besen und Schaufel im Zimmer verfĂŒgbar. Öffentlicher Verkehr gleich eine Strasse weiter, welcher direkt ins Zentrum fĂŒhrt. Ich empfehle es weiter und möchte nĂ€chstes Jahr gerne wieder kommen. Vielen herzlichen Dank.

TrĂšs bon accueil et Ă©tablissement sĂ©curisĂ© agent comme rĂ©ceptionniste pro et sympathique, les chambres sont trĂšs basique impossible de fermer la douche rĂ©veils avant 6h impossibles d’occulter totalement la lumiĂšre avec les rideaux donc pas de grasse matinĂ©e. Sinon pour le positif le patio pour manger au RC trĂšs agrĂ©able Ă  l’ombre propre et calme Ă  faire mais pas plus de 2 nuits .

La tĂ©lĂ©vision n’a jamais fonctionnĂ© correctement avec une image qui saute en permanence Ă  cause d’un mauvais signal sur l’antenne. Le ballon d’eau chaude n’était pas fonctionnel donc une douche a l’eau froide le soir en arrivant. Le lendemain nous exprimons le problĂšme et demandons Ă  changer de chambre et on nous refuse et on nous dit d’attendre le technicien vers 9h30 (il Ă©tait 8h30). 4 jour aprĂšs j’attends toujours le technicien. J’ai rĂ©parĂ© moi mĂȘme le ballon pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Le lendemain nous avons reparlĂ© du problĂšme on nous a proposĂ© de changer de chambre, il fallait ĂȘtre prĂȘt avec une chaleur vide sous une heure et nous aurions l’autre chambre qu’à 15h
