A hidden gem of a hotel. Absolutely adored the property. Warm greeting on our arrival, beautifully clean rooms, lovely swimming pool and surrounding area - lots of greenery. Steps down to the little town. Had an incredible time here. Highly recommend and will definitely return. And recommend to family and friends.

The hotel Royale was perfect for my stay in Cassis. The staff was friendly and professional, my room was clean and had a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable, the floors were clean, and the bathroom was spotless! The café was delicious. The front desk staff was especially helpful, courteous, and thoughtful. As a solo traveler, this place was ideal. I felt safe in the hotel, in my room, and walking back-and-forth to the main village in the evening. The pool area was lovely! Very relaxing and the pool water was just right. The pool view isn’t bad either!

I wish to thank all the staff for your warm welcome and kindness. After a very difficult week of travel my daughter and I did not want to leave the peacefulness and friendliness of the Royal Cottage. I found the Royal Cottage to be clean and have a convenient location. They had a nice pool that closed early and served breakfast that required a 24h notice if you were to order. It seems as if the staff were to be more convenienced than the guests. For what the hotel had to offer compared to its price point, I found it to be overrated! It felt more like a 2 star than a 3.

Great base from which to enjoy Cassis charms.

Great location away from Cassis hubbub but easy walk to town (good dining, shopping). Longer walk to great hikes but doable. Pleasant property, nice pool, nice terrace with pretty view. Helpful staff
