Todd was a very amicable receptionist/proprietor. He was quite a charming character! He told us about the restaurants in the area and a little about himself as well. The hotel is very basic, but it’s the only hotel in this small town. Which is fine for us—as we hate the traffic/ crowds/construction of South Lake Tahoe. It’s “glamping” without dealing with a tent!

Everything was perfect

Our great memory in markleeville will forever be in our heart. We had a great time. Todd was very kind and very accommodating. I think he's probably the best host I've met. Everyone was so nice in markleville, that was a blessing that made our stay amazing, the room was very clean and adorable, the beds were very comfy. It was all a joy.
