Your customer service was the worst I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They were very unprofessional. They refused transfer to management when the problem cannot be alleviated. I was refused refund after I paid for the insurance before I even purchased the trip. It clearly states that I should receive a refund if at all unsatisfied. I didn’t visit the property nor check in. I have documented proof.

That was the worst breakfast I've ever had! I never saw an employee in there the whole time. I got the last spoon of scrambled eggs and they were crunchy!!! The biscuit crumbled in your hand. Things were empty, no meat, etc... HORRIBLE!
