House keeping was horrible. They said they would come and wouldn't and then would come very early in the morning or in the evening. This made no sense and then they were young without any need of urgency about what they were doing. I would not stay there or recommend this hotel to family or friends ...

All Inclusive but all restaurants was "over booked" but the hotel was super empty! Very confusing. They would rather you eat at the buffet than an actual restaurant on the property.
