We loved this hotel! The room was clean and spacious with a nice comfortable bed. Being on the fifth floor, we were very handy for the roof terrace. Breakfast and meals were plentiful and high quality. All staff were pleasant and very helpful. This hotel was aLao ideally situated for us too, right in the heart of everything and handy for the old town and all its shops and restaurants or equally handy for the beach! We will be booking to stay here again!

Beautiful hotel is excellent location close to both the beach and old town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool area was very clean nice area for evening relaxation. Breakfast was slightly disappointing but plenty of local restaurants available.. (Brunchit 5 mins away was the best I have ever had!)

Best part of the stay was Paula, she welcomed us with a smile and took care of everything. Highly recommend if you are driving, use the hotel parking. The rooms are very comfortable and location is excellent. Old town is literally few mins aways and so is the beach. Great choices of restaurants within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay, The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and enjoy nearby attractions. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Absolutely loved our 9 day stay here. Staff were super helpful even got in touch in advance to offer helping arrange airport transport. Room cleaned daily and it was always spotless. Breakfast was included and had a good range so never felt like you had to have the same every day. Big thanks too for all the staff at the 360 rooftop bar who looked after us and kept us hydrated.
