The room is very clean and modern , we have en suite but sadly the wall is a bit thin so you can hear footsteps at night and the sound coming through . The bed is very comfy and love the size of the bathroom and the sitting area .

Loved the staff, especially the waiter at Gaia and Nobu and the massage therapist Galina. Housekeeping was great as well. Loved the wonderful beds and smells. Nobu restaurant truley the best. Facilty needs maintenance, especially a plumber. Our shower in the room continuously had issues. Then went to spa and not only was there an issue with that rain shower but also in three of the 8 spa options. Jets not functional or set too strongly, etc. Lots of construction around the area, especially near spot to rent bikes. Lastly, facility not booked out and yet they charge for day beds at the pools. That does not make sense. If you are willing to sit in chairs no charge but if you want to lay by yhe pool, significant charge added even though you're staying there. I get an upcharge if facility is full but many times it was only one or two couples. Thats it, overall loved the extras with No bu, the people, the smells, the food, the beds etc but next time in Marabella maybe will try another location on the beach.

Very loud, party central

The rooms are decent but it’s impossible to sleep. We went high season - so it was over 2k a night and we expected a luxury experience. It wasn’t. The team appeared extremely overwhelmed- you’d find room service trays in the corridors for hours on end - and generally had a low class Vegas experience. Oh and you couldn’t sleep a wink because the music goes on until 5 am every night

Bring Earplugs

The rooms are okay. Well designed and thought through. Unfortunately they are incredibly noisy. Even when deliberately booking away from the plaza area. We had to ask for ear plugs to sleep with the noise of the banging gates at the start of each building, the drunk screaming guests and the banging of doors. We had no turn down on 2/3 nights, meaning no change of towels, water etc. we had to phone to ask for shower gel as they didn’t replenish anything. The pool seems like an afterthought - just 18 loungers. Very little to actually do. Go elsewhere. It’s just not worth it.
