Arrived at 4pm and our room wasn’t ready, the staff at the front desk were not helpful at all, did not offer anything for the inconvenience, they charge for everything you do in the hotel, even for extra towels or towel changes, so beware! Even though our room was almost $500 per night we still had to deal with all of this. We traveled all around Spain and this is by far the worst hotel. The cleaning staff was very nice!
