Apartment for rent in Marbella, close to the beaches of El Cable and La Bajadilla, located in an urbanization with summer swimming pool and gardens. It is a very comfortable accommodation for families or a small group of friends: the quality/price ratio is excellent. The maximum capacity is for four people. The swimming pool is open in July and August.



Recently renovated, the accommodation has two bedrooms, well-equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room, two bathrooms and a spacious terrace. It also has free private parking space, air conditioning and WiFi which costs 3€/day.

A very clean apartment, with great facilities, kitchen was ideal exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds and a great location, swimming pool was perfect, no rushing for sun beds, always managed to get one and not too crowded. The road outside was noisy - but that was to be expected due to the location. A short walk to Marbella old town and very good bus stops.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis (horaire pour les clés flexible), l'appartement est bien aménagé et super beau ! Il était propre et possédait toutes les choses nécessaires afin de passer un bon séjour (sauf produits ménagers). Seul point négatif le bruit liés aux voitures sur la terrasse et dans la chambre principale, cependant nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cet appartement, je le conseille fortement !

La.persona que lo gestiona es encantadora (Danielle)y te ayuda en todo lo que puede. Andando del centro había un buen paseo y a la vuelta la zona estaba poco iluminada . La.piscina tenía unos horarios ,no escritos,muy raros .no fuimos mas quena conocerla.
