Potential but problematic
Pros: clean rooms and bedding, well stocked kitchen, right on the boulevard, great view from the rooftop.
Cons: Power goes out all the time due even if you use use the coffee machine. This means that only one item can be used at at time and the hot tub only runs if you turn off the power in other areas of the home. Can't cook using more than one element at a time.
Cons: Hot Tub was Disgustingly dirty water and dirt rings around it.
Cons: Checkin was a nightmare - after many texts days before hand to ensure the property would be ready for my family of five, we got their and there was no one there to check us in. then it turned out that the place had not even been cleaned and so we had to wait for 3 hours with our luggage outside while an emergency cleaner did a fast job on the place. Terrible communication with the managers, and not responsive to the power outage issue or dirty hot tub.
