Room was clean, bathroom door swung into shower door and just misses hitting toilet. Needs a mirror outside of room in bedroom. Small fridge with no ice tray. Needs a toaster. Only microwave and mini fridge and small coffee maker. Limited kitchen supplies. Needs hand soap at sink. Needs a designated spot to fish because there is no fishing allowed on property. Have to walk to the lobby each time we need a small baggie full of ice. Have to make several trips per day. It’s nice to have a swimming pool and a bar and free breakfast was decent. They have an amenities room with bikes and fishing gear, beach chairs, and towels.

We had a great trip. The staff were great, food was good although a limited menu and no inside dining for dinner. The pool was great but several busy days not enough pool chairs. The rooms are not the ones depicted on the website but sufficient and clean. Would definately stay again.

The property has an excellent restaurant. The dinner we had was very good and the free breakfast was good. The property has a nice pool and outside bar and is located in a nice area. There are a couple small bars within a short walking distance. The staff is friendly. This is an older property and paper thin walls. The people in the room next to us were there to party and we had to listen to them during most of our stay. I understand it is the Keys and people come to have a good time...just wish we did not have to hear it. The floors were so dirty that when when got in the shower, our feet turned the shower floor black. Overall, not a bad place to stay, just set your expectations accordingly.

We had a family emergency shortly after checking in and had to go back home. The front office lady was so nice and understanding. She told me to just go and if they need anything that they would contact us. Then we received an email from Expedia stating that the resort had contacted them to let them know we were receiving a refund for the remaining days. That was so thoughtful and a pleasant surprise. We will visit again for sure. Thank you for caring about people and not just money.

This property reads more of a Motel than a Resort. The rooms or "suites" are a front living, dining, kitchenette space. Bathrooms are adequate. Towels could all use replacing. The pool area and tiki hut are nice. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was one of the highlights. I would rate this as a 3star average stay with great location to Marathon and a 6-8 minute drive to a public (pay2park) beach.

The property is in a secluded area just off the Overseas Hwy. It had a remodeled lobby and pool area which was nice. The morning breakfast was limited and often out of basic items. The property was noisy during the day because it is on a working marina. Quiet at night. The room was nice with living room and bedroom. Convenient to many Marathon attractions and restaurants. Parking was limited and fortunately we were there when it was not too busy so we did find a spot to park each night. It has lots of amenities like tennis, sand volley ball, bikes, ping pong which we did not use.

Amenities are not what they advertise. Everything we asked for; bikes- not available, Towels - not available, Cooler- not available. They charge a resort fee per day for amenities that are not available. Be sure you are clear what you are paying for before you give them a credit card. They will charge you for nothing.
