This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.

••• Pool heat is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.

"The home was perfect for our family of 11 people. What a great floorplan. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved watching the mother manatee and her baby in the canal right behind the house. The patio area was perfect for morning coffee. The kiddos enjoyed the heated pool. We had several evening basketball tournaments with the pop a shot game. The home has a nice quiet location but is still close to shopping and restaurants. We took several day trips to other islands. However, the beaches around Marathon are fabulous. This property has so much to offer. We will definitely come back."

"We loved our stay. The house is clean, big and just was perfect for us. We loved spending time in the pool, playing ping pong and arcade games in the garage, and eating and spending quality family time inside the house. The night before we left, our 6 year old son said that he'd miss the house. Thanks for making our vacation memorable."
