Wonderful location right on axis to golf and right off Manzanita’s beach / coast.

It was wonderful! Weather wasn’t really good enough to golf (for my tastes), but the location and views were lovely. Great location to downtown.I prefer walking over driving. I was able to crawl thoughout the front property with RC. It was fun!

It has an outlook onto a pond in the distance and is tucked away from the one set of neighbors.
