Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

We supply three sets of towels all towels must be washed and returned to the Linen Closets

We expect all Garbage to be removed from the house. The dishwasher started and counters wiped down and refrigerator emptied. This gives us enough time to get our next families into the house.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

House was clean, well kept, nicely decorated and welcoming. The pool was great for our grandchildren to use and they enjoyed it tremendously. Host responded quickly when we had questions and even checked to make sure things were going smoothly. Ocean was close by and an easy 1 minute walk. Beach was clean and not crowded. We had a great time and hope to go back again next year.

It was the perfect family vacation. The beach access was wonderful and very convenient .. just a few yards across the street and you are on your private beach. Home has plenty of beach accessories so no need to bring chairs, umbrellas, sand toys. The pool is wonderful for after the beach and the outdoor shower was a very nice treat. If you looking for a perfect beach vacation location ..?you found a gem…Dave & Maureen Donahue
