We stayed at gatwick south. Bedroom was clean and great size. Seperarw bath and shower. My husband noticed 2 dark pubes on the soare toilet roll on the lower holder. He couldn't believe it. He called out to me to confirm. He took a photo, by then one blew away after i picked it up. We rang reception and asked for spare towels to be brought up, to place on the bathroom floor. The towels never came.

excellent within walking distance to terminal . restaurant for evening meal was delicious, with a very polite ,hardworking young man serving us. handy having a wake up call (early flight) overall experience.... would highly recommend, took the stress out of the whole experience . we will definitely be back

Terrific location, easy & quick to get into the city. Clean and spacious room...the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but a solid choice if you have a flight out the next day. Would definitely stay there again

I always stay here when travelling from the airport as it's just a short walk to the terminal, with access to the free rail shuttle to North terminal in a couple of minutes if needed. On this occassion though I was disappointed with the amount of time it took to check in, and food options available in the bar were very limited by the time we arrived at 8.30. I didn't think what was on offer was good value for money when it arrived and staff service was slow.

the room was fine and so were the amenities. checking in we found that the person who checked us in gave limited information just our room number and where to go to get to the room an what time we were checking out compared to his work college who gave another customer so much more information that we stood and listened to her checking in her guest to get information on wifi food options ect.
