Room was great, staff was lovely, HSKP brought us a fantastic cot which was really a full on bed, much better than expected, he found our TV remote, we loved the Club Room snacks and breakfast and the staff there was delightful as well. A much needed pampering experience after getting our flight cancelled. THANK YOU
