I like that they allow visitors for party's. The staff is very fast in attending to our needs. What we don't like is that, even if you upgrade your room to a 2 bedroom suite, it would still be good for 2 adults. Also that they cannot offer you an extra bed for kids.

Their are hidden information not mentioned before booking a lot of rules that limit a guest to be happy limited access to swimming pool limited use of swimming pools limited guest that can stay in a room over price for a hotel with all those limitations it takes time to check in got frustrated before check in What I love with this hotel is their guard, Managers, and some hotel staff that manage to understand what we need that is why I keep coming back by the way I am a regular costumer for this hotel since 2023 and was able to refer this to my friends However if this frustration and limitation will keep going I will no longer book or recommend this hotel
