Location is at the 4th floor of the building so the view is excellent but there is no elevator. It can only be accessed through the stairs.
Street parking(right beside the building).
Airconditioning is available only in the living room and kitchen area, and the 3rd bedroom as well if the accordion style divider is open. The two other bedrooms are well-ventilated because of huge glass door and windows and there is sufficient number of electric fans as well
