I appreciated the good hotel service. But put me off was the strict rules for guests, some amenities were not as advertised when booking. For example. That there was no free breakfast. Free breakfast was advertised on Expedia. They should probably update that. Overall I was there for the experiment with my gf and though not bothered by much it was upsetting to here I did not get everything I thought I paid for.

The elevator, and the bathroom sink were not operating. There was no staff available to help with out luggage on the stairs.
