Upgraded to a better room. Staff were helpful, loaning a charger as our baggage was lost by Vueling. The room air conditioning was faulty and we couldnt get it down from about 24' so sweltered all night. The breakfast area was so busy it was not a nice experience, though it had every possible option for breakfast except Asian style. The staff at breakfast were helpful and good-humoured.

We had an amazing time here. We had previously booked another hotel but before we fly we saw the weather would be bad and raining so decided to pay a little bit more and at least have a good interior pool to spend time while the weather was bad.
