The drain dis not work in the room qe stayed in we ended up having a inch of water across the floor in the bathroom. I let red roof in know this and just felt like it was not taken seriously at all.

The iron ruined my p@nts by leaking some kinda blue substance on them. The room windows were filthy, I had to clean the mirror to use it there was an arrest on the tube that needed cleaning and the floor was soiled. Staff did come immediately and cleaned the floor. I did inquire about a discount or coupon for my pants with No resolve! But I am thankful the room was available during my trip to New Hampshire and Massachusetts!

We stayed one night as Canobie Lake is right down the road. The beds were comfortable, but the room had a strong cleaning product odor. Thankfully we felt safe enough to keep the door open while we were there to air it out.
