Walked into our room and there were holes in the walls and ceiling. Pulled back the bed sheets and it looked like someone with sand on their shoes was jumping on the bed. Went to 7/11 and got sanitizer wipes, paper towels and trash bags. Had to clean the entire room before I’d unpack. Room was never cleaned despite the “notice “ at the front desk stating “if you’re booked for a 5 day stay, we will clean your room Wednesday “ room was never cleaned, towels never replaced, nothing.

Room had a musty and old cigarette smell. Rooms are small and there is not adequate room for longer stays. Beds are only full and not Queen.
