The drain dis not work in the room qe stayed in we ended up having a inch of water across the floor in the bathroom. I let red roof in know this and just felt like it was not taken seriously at all.

The iron ruined my p@nts by leaking some kinda blue substance on them. The room windows were filthy, I had to clean the mirror to use it there was an arrest on the tube that needed cleaning and the floor was soiled. Staff did come immediately and cleaned the floor. I did inquire about a discount or coupon for my pants with No resolve! But I am thankful the room was available during my trip to New Hampshire and Massachusetts!

The room was clean, smoke free property, staff was helpful in accommodating our late check out, easy check in and located right near many stores and restaurants. I stayed one night with my daughters for a competition in Derry and we would stay here again!
