Rooms are very outdated. I decided to use the awkwardly placed jetted tub sitting right by the bed; but as soon as I turned the jets on….the tub filled with…brown scum and lint balls. I jumped out to shower it off but the shower handle was broken so I had no hot water and no water pressure.

The staff were very welcoming, and accommodating as we booked day-of and were traveling with an infant. The room was in great shape and clean. The breakfast was so great, and were would for sure stay again if traveling through the area.

Good rooms and a clean hotel property. The coffee machine was not working, although all the necessary items were available for coffee making. Shower - The bathroom amenities were good, with the best water pressure I have felt in many years, which provides an amazing showering experience. Breakfast is good and enjoyable, coffee at the breakfast area is available all day long, and that's a relief. Room doors dont lock smoothly while leaving out,so its more of a concern that you have to push it hard and check before you can go somewhere.

Room was very clean enjoyed our stay very much. Only thing you need to get new toilets they’re way too short way too short, especially for handicap people. The breakfast was phenomenal. Fantastic eggs were the best I’ve ever had.

The girl at the front desk was very nice & accommodating, but that was the only good thing about this place. The floors were in terrible condition — the wood was lifting with water underneath, and we heard leaking sounds all night. The floors were also dirty and grimy (we actually had to buy flip-flops just to walk around). Even after housekeeping came, nothing changed. One of the walls was splitting with duct tape holding it together. Our bed sheets were full of hairs — so many that a lint roller didn’t even help — and we even found a vape under the bed in a non-smoking room. One side of the bed was missing a lamp, and you could tell it had been removed. Noise was a huge issue too — you can hear everything from other rooms, people walking above, and running water. The outlets were so loose or broken that we couldn’t even plug things in properly. Overall, this was the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever had, and the good reviews on Expedia were completely misleading. Definitely not a 3-star hotel.

I didn’t like the fee upfront for incidentals. I thought there was a restaurant on he premises but there was not. The toilet had to be flushed several times the first few days and then it was fixed but started to do the same thing when we were leaving.

There were numerous issues with my stay, but the under staff (excluding the general manager) WERE AWESOME. 1) Arrived at 8:45pm, exhausted after a 10 flight from the West Coast. Due to flight issues, we hadn’t had a meal since 8am. The young lady recommended somewhere for us to get a meal, which we really appreciated. We had booked an accesible room for 6 nights (I’ve had two knee replacements, and my wife has a serious knee problem) After getting back from dinner about 10pm, we went to our room. When we opened the door, the stench of cigarette smoke slapped us. We never even entered the room, just went back to the desk and requested another room. They didn’t have another accessible room, so we had to take a standard room. The biggest problem is the age of the motel, which was built when they still used the low toilets, which caused severe problems for us (new or remodeled facilities typically install the higher toilets) Anyway, the room they booked us into for the next day, there was a mixed communication, and they were cleaning the carpets, which left it unusable for 24 hrs. They gave us a suite, which had a door next to the toilet that allow us to pull ourselves off the commode, as well as giving us a plastic riser for the toilet. Kinda gross, but we didn’t want to search for another facility, so we accepted it. The day manager really worked with us, and we appreciated her sincere efforts. 2) Couch was covered with nasty body stains. Numerous other issues

Stay was very nice. We were allowed to check in a little early and I wasn't feeling well so that was very helpful. Accommodations were very nice.
