Ended up not staying, but did check inside

We booked this property as one of three for our company's backpacking trip during our acclimation period in town. A few people ended up backing out of the trip for various reasons so we ended up consolidating into the two other condos. We did not use this condo, but I did take a look inside just to check that all was in order. The condo was clean and as pictured. To access the upstairs bedroom, you have to go through the loft area (where there are two beds), which is a little odd for a coworker situation, but perhaps not an issue for a closer group like family. I replied to an email I received from the property managers regarding the check-in process to request a possible refund for the cleaning fee since we weren't staying in the condo. I did not receive a response. I wasn't counting on receiving the refund, but a response would have been appreciated. Otherwise, the location seemed fine.

Wow!!!

By far one of the best properties I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Although we hardly used much of anything, this place was definitely stocked with just about anything you’d possibly need on a trip with family or friends! Traveling regularly, I have never seen such a well equipped property that had all the right touches and well maintained and clean. I will be back for sure!

The condo is very nice and the kitchen is fully stocked! The cable tv did NOT work oentire stay.

I put countless calls and text into the property manager. She responded that she would get a hold of owners. I never heard or received a reply! It was New Years weekend and we were looking forward to our family tradition of watching the Rose Parade and watching all the football bowl games! I actually think the property manager blocked my phone number so she didn't have to respond. Terrible customer service! If I was the property owner I would find a new management company!

Beautiful place with great location

We had such a great experience here. The house looked exactly as listed with plenty of room for our whole group and had anything you could possibly need during your stay. We ended up getting snowed in and the property manager was so accommodating and helpful in figuring out a plan of action. I would definitely recommend staying here on your next ski trip!!

Out of all the places to stay, choose somewhere else!

The owner takes great pride in their VRBO, the place is very comfortable and nice HOWEVER, the management company is insanely rude and non responsive. There are also no laundry facilities on the property grounds (took me many inquiries to the management company with no response to finally take it upon myself to walk the property and identify there are no Laundry facilities), a simple reply would have been appreciated. Additionally, the jacuzzi was "under maintenance" for two - three days, I emailed and called to ask if/when it would be open and the gal said "We don't manage that, I guess I can call the property manager", I though great! I asked "when you find out, will you email or call me back?" her reply "I guess". We have 5 children and they are always asking, "what are we going to do, what's the plan..." so having info readily available is super important for us. At any rate, no jacuzzi time that trip, we spend an evening at a laundry mat washing all of our snowboarding gear just so we can ride the next day, that is not what we are trying to do when we are on vacation, definitely felt like we were "slumming it". I hope this review makes it back to the property owner because I can tell by the home (very well put together) that they would be expecting more from the company they hired and are paying for (I know I expected more for my money). I don't even want to talk about the confusion with having to download an additional app (outside of VRBO) to pay, I was checking my personal email, vrbo messages, and this other app hopeful to get a response to my inquiries, but response communication never came. There are so many options in Mammoth, just stay elsewhere.
