• Hot water: The water heater is standard-size. With a full house, please stagger showers and hot water use.

• Communal amenities: The outdoor pool and BBQ stations are open during summer. The hot tub is communal. Availability is subject to the HOA and maintenance schedules.

• Red Line shuttle: In winter, the Red Line travels to the Village and Main Lodge for mountain access.

• Shared laundry: Laundry facilities are shared within the complex.

• Phone: The in-home telephone supports local calls only.

• Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly. Please plan accordingly; bringing a pet may result in additional cleaning charges.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

window in upstairs bedroom would not close all the way and it was very windy and my daughter cold not sleep in the bedroom since the wind whistled through the unclosed window. Carpet needs to be thrown out. glass shower door needs to be secured in upstairs bathroom(coming off the tracks)
