About the Space:
This inviting, pet-friendly, 972 sq. ft. 3 story, 2 bedroom / 2 bath townhome has everything you next for a fun-filled stay in Mammoth. This property is located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, just a short walk to the bus stop, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
The home has been updated with new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the living area. The living room offers a comfortable sofas, large TV, and central heating to keep you warm on cold winter nights. The kitchen has granite countertops, updated appliances, and is fully equipped for cooking a delicious meal. The dining area is directly off the kitchen and offers seating for 4. There is a private deck off the main living area with a private BBQ, stocked with free propane. On the main floor is the first full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor with a shared full bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large dresser, small TV, and private deck. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and nice sized closet for ample clothing storage. The shared bathroom is directly outside of both bedrooms, in the hallway. The second bathroom also has a tub/shower.
The first level of the home is a private garage with parking for 1 car. We are allotted a second parking space for guests, outside. The garage also houses the private, in-unit laundry.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.
This home is cozy, comfortable, and ready for your next Mammoth getaway!

Fun anniversary trip!

Stayed here with my fiancé and our two dogs for our anniversary. Great location in town, walked to dinner one night, and the attached garage was very convenient when it was snowing! The dogs had a great time in the snow, would stay here again.

Very clean, quiet, spacious, and great location. We stayed for a ski weekend and we were very comfortable. I appreciated the garage, W&D, plenty of hot water, and the full kitchen. We walked to the village for food and used the shuttle to get to the gondola. Easy contactless checkin/check out. My only feedback for potential visitors is there are two flights of stairs. One to get to the living area, another to get to the bedrooms. If you have small children or pets, bring a safety gate to close off the stairs if needed.

Clean and quick to the mountain

The property was clean and well stocked. They even had a bottle of wine and coffee which is a nice touch. I would highly recommend this unit.
