It was not located in the airport as they had advertised, the room was not comfortable as the toilet flush kept making loud noise every 15 minutes and the air conditioning was very noisy, the blanket did NOT have a cover which was not comfortable and hygiene.

45 minute wait for the airport shuttle at T1 waiting in the cold. On arrival very slow check in, not sure what operating system the employees use but it takes an unnecessary length on time to check guests in. Mediocre food in the restaurant, my chicken Thai curry tasted as though it was a microwaved ready meal. Dated room and bathroom.

The hotel was clean but we had a horrible stay. The A/C in our two rooms was running but not cool. When I called downstairs they said they would send maintenance. After waiting until 11:30 at night I told them to forget it. They said "Oh we can adjust it here at the front desk". It never cooled down so we all had a horrible night sleeping. They also had a sign posted at the front desk to not open the windows because of awful looking bugs in the area. Never again.

Nice appointments to the room and slept very soundly due to the super quiet surroundings. Room is clean. Breakfast is fantastic and I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. The driver was very helpful in providing airport information and everyone at the front desk was English speaking and very helpful.
