This exquisite, fully renovated flat invites you to enjoy a unique experience on the beautiful coast of Menorca.

With its carefully restored design and attractive décor, this space exudes tranquillity and elegance.

The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed; the second bedroom has a practical bunk bed, perfect for children or close friends.

The fully equipped open-plan kitchen flows seamlessly into a cosy living room, complete with air conditioning, a sofa and a TV for your enjoyment.

However, the jewel in the crown is the spectacular private terrace with sea views. To access it, guests need to pass through one of the bedrooms, cross the private patio and climb an external staircase. Once there, you can relax in the Mediterranean climate while enjoying the sea breeze and the stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. It is the perfect spot for al fresco breakfasts, dinners with a view, or simply watching an unforgettable sunset in a peaceful and relaxing setting.

What’s more, our flat’s strategic location gives you the chance to explore the natural wonders of Es Grau and the surrounding area.

SERVICES

- The flat has Wi-Fi, bed linen and bath towels for all guests. Pool towels are also provided.

- At the entrance to Es Grau, you will find a free public car park. We recommend parking there, as parking within the village is not permitted. It is a 4-minute walk from the car park to the village.
