This is a floor divided into rooms, not all rooms have Street facing windows as the photos (ours didn’t). It was clean and staff very friendly. Okay for couple of nights, very close to Gran Vía

Amazing location - right on the shopping sheet with a tiny balcony for people-watching with a cheeky gin and tonic. Really quiet with french doors closed. Amazing location. Walkable to everywhere. Room was lovely with everything we needed. Will definitely book again if we come back to Madrid. Thank you!

We loved our stay (3 nights) - super responsive staff, excellent location, and since our room was on the interior it was really quiet. Room was really comfortable and spacious and the king bed is appreciated - a rarity in European hotels! We would definitely stay here again.

Check in was terrible. This “hotel” is a floor in an apartment building divided into rooms. We arrived about 4:30pm and the exterior door to the building was locked. We followed someone in and then didn’t know where to go. There are no signs so looking at reviews I see it’s on the second floor. This door is also locked and no one responds to bell. I call number and message through Expedia app with no response. I checked if I missed an email, nothing. After about an hour a couple staying there came and were kind enough to provide us a number that was on the reception desk.This number was answered and I was told that check in information was provided to me by Whatsapp. I don’t normally use this app and never would have thought to check it, after accessing Whatsapp we were able to check in and reception came to the property quickly. This was just a total lack of communication. It was stressful to think we may not have had a place to stay in another country we were unfamiliar with. The room while small was clean and comfortable.

Clean accomodations, comfortable beds, well equipped with small refrigerator, kettle for hot tea / coffee. Air conditioning worked great. Family room was small but a great option for a one night stay in the center of Madrid, with easy access to metro transportation, restaurants, shoppingand historic landmarks. Muy recomendado. El hotel está hubicado a 5 mins caminando de Gran vía. Opciones de restaurantes y comidas cercanas al hotel. La habitación exactamente como muestran en las fotos. El personal muy amables y dispuestos en todo momento.
