Great Choice for business or Couples

Great location, near Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Very close to major shopping. Very courteous and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and great bedding. Having a swimming pool was a big plus.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Well laid out with most of the rooms tucked away in a quiet wing. Very attentive staff, knowledgeable about the area and engaging. The rooftop bar is exceptional with good service and great views. A quiet little enclave within the huddle and bustle of Madrid. Good vibes!

Perfect hotel choice

Our trip to Madrid in mid September was extra amazing because we chose the right hotel with Umusic. The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to most landmarks. Staff was friendly and room was immaculate. Plenty of shopping and restaurants right out the door of the hotel. Love the boutique feel of this hotel. The rooftop and pool were a plus. Just wish we had more time to enjoy those features. We’d definitely book here again next trip.

We loved the hotel location, the staff/service, the penthouse/terrace views, pool and sauna and restaurant/drinks. One of our favorite stays on our 4 week journey and we especially loved the morning walks & sunrise views from Montjuïc. Maybe not quite the visual polish of a traditional 5 star, the outdoor spaces were a little more weathered than the photos, but in a warm & cozy way - would stay again & wouldn’t change a thing!

Lovely hotel in great location. Desk staff very good about accommodating requests and making suggestions to enhance my stay. Housekeeping not quitevas diligent; I requested a face towel which was never delivered, one day room not cleaned until late afternoon, leaving behind pillowcase on floor.

Amazing staff, amazing hotel, amazing vibe!!!!

The best location and the best hotel in such a special city. The whole hotel is a work of art from the staff to the structure to the rooms. Very new and very clean rooms and common areas. The rooftop bar has some of the best views in the whole city. The restaurant as well is worth it. The artistic and music finishes truly make this hotel the best there is. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We will 100% be returning!

Mention spĂ©ciale aux boss boy, au personnel de sĂ©curitĂ©, ainsi que la prĂ©posĂ©e au bar de la piscine particuliĂšrement sympathiques et chaleureux. En revanche, plusieurs aspects sont dĂ©cevants pour un Ă©tablissement de ce niveau et au tarif demandĂ©. Le service Ă  la rĂ©ception a Ă©tĂ© froid et peu attentionnĂ©. L’espace piscine, dĂ©jĂ  moins sĂ©duisant que sur les photos, souffre en plus d’une absence totale d’ambiance (aucune musique, Ă©tonnant pour un hĂŽtel « Umusic » adossĂ© Ă  un thĂ©Ăątre) et du fait qu’il soit permis de fumer partout, ce qui rend l’expĂ©rience dĂ©sagrĂ©able pour les non-fumeurs. L’insonorisation des chambres est Ă©galement insuffisante : on entend les voisins (voix, ronflements), bien plus que les bruits de la rue. Des bouchons d’oreilles ont Ă©tĂ© nĂ©cessaires. Modern accommodation w tight quarters

The hotel is modern and is centrally located in the city. Views from the rooftop were nice and it was great to have an outdoor pool and terrace (outside our room). Most of my critical comments relate to value for the money. This is a five star hotel and for the high cost per night (relative to other options) we thought they should have provided more amenities like free breakfast (which cost $25 per person per day) and more space. The bathroom was very small and there was no real location to sit other than the terrace outside. Little things like one sink, very small trash can and coffee in room not refilled were also unexpected for this type of hotel. There were a couple of minor cleanliness issues that should be addressed but overall it was clean. A good stay but may not be worth the money unless location and terrace are key.
