The room was clean and tidy. Also very quiet give the street location. We would have preferred a king bed instead of two beds pushed together as these didn’t have a sheet that covered both either so you could fall though. Location was great, near a metro and the Ventas Bullring. Would stay again

I was visiting Madrid for a day / night to attend a concert at the Movistar arena, this hotel was ideally located 25 minutes walk away / 5 mins drive or metro. It is right by El Carmen metro, this is also very convenient from the MAD airport through a 200/101 bus and metro line 5 I arrived in about 25 mins from the airport. I was also able to walk or get around Madrid from this location. The Bernabeu stadium is an easy commute also with bus and metro links. I didn’t use the gym as short on time but stay was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast was nice, with lots of options hot, cold food, fruits and tea coffee and sweet pastry options, set you up for the day. The hotel staff were polite and helpful during my stay and would be happy to stay here again. A good 4* rated hotel.

Upon arrival the hotel is clean and nice, welcomed with kind staff. Once in rooms, we noticed how dirty the walls are from previous guest make the rooms appear grungy. Our plane also was delayed causing us to miss two days of our already paid stay. We did not expect a full refund but were met with no empathy let alone any means of some compensation. Room was also very hot even with windows open.
