The location of this hotel is fantastic! Not far away from the old part of Madrid, good restaurants and shopping places near by. Building is new and cleaning service is great. I removed a star for two reasons, first, the towels were a little bit old 😔…Second, I had been in many four star hotels, so I am used to see magnificent breakfast options that are perfect for lunch or dinner, but this hotel only serves a continental breakfast which it is not bad, but it is ok for a three stars hotel.

Great location just steps from metro station, breakfast is great and staff is really kind. Rooms are outdated. You have to wait a long time to use the elevator, they only have one working.

Overall pretty good except for a couple of minor setbacks. First, the property has 11 floors but only 1 working elevator. As you can imagine, queues and long wait times for the elevator were commonplace. Also, the wifi in the room did not work well unless your device is located right next to the door. Otherwise, my stay was great!

Hotel Exe Madrid

Great Hotel in a convenient location for exploring Madrid. The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. We had a family room which had everything we needed and the breakfast buffet had all the choices we could possibly want (and more!!)

Good location, and rooms are clean and functional. The room was too warm, and the ac didn't seem to cool it. throughout our stay only 1 lift that holds 4-5 people with cases was working, which is not great for a 10 floor hotel.

Considering Europe’s standards for room sizes, I found the room to be quite spacious. While the hotel has a bit of a vintage charm, the rooms themselves are very comfortable and well-maintained.

This place was dirty from entrance, to front desk to elevators. The place feels antiquated and neglected in terms of maintenance. Customer service is rude and any ask that you have will be poorly handled. Bed sheet were not clean. You can hear every time other rooms use their toilet. The location is not that bad. In general: Regardless of how high the demand is, you should never pay more than $60 per night as that is the value will get.

In general is an average hotel to sleep and have a good breakfast in town, if you all you need is a decente sleep it meets the need of it. Nothing fancy. The price is fair, their staff is kind. Internet is good, the area is not the most nice, however is Ok if you need something just between the airport and the city. Bed and room was confortable. Family room as ONE bathroom only. Minibar is expensive. Parking lot is convenient.
