Rather poor standard

A rather poor standard for a 3 * hotel. Everything needed a renovation to bring it up to the 3 start standard. Morning buffet very simple and could be better.

make sure you are not placed in basement. Basement windows are pointed to parking lot and restaurants. You will hear people coming and leaving all night long. Window was broken - impossible to close it.

The eat and drink all you can buffet was particularly special. Supermarket close by. A long walk from train station but I managed with suitcase. Easy access to Madrid centre on train and Leganes and Getafe football clubs accessible by metro. Internet speeds could have been better. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommended.

We arrived at 23:40 as our flight was delayed and they were very accommodating and let us access our room. This room however smelt of sewerage so bad that we requested to change room. The next room we were given smelt so strongly of cigarettes that my nose hurt by the end of the stay. Having said that, the room itself was lovely and large and the beds very comfortable and clean. They provide soap, shampoo and shower gel. It is a 15 minute walk from Getafe central station and therefore very easy to get to Madrid center.

Hotel Dinastia

Was an okay hotel but pretty out of the way. And not a lot of food options close by, hotel only had an Asian buffet (which was good but a bit pricey) Housekeeping was pretty noisy during the morning all around my room. Also came at different times so I never knew when to be gone for them to clean! WiFi was a bit spotty but better than some hotels I guess

Very nice budget hotel at a budget price. It had all the essentials - nothing fancy, but everything you need. The buffet breakfast is excellent.

Well outside Madrid (2 Trains from airport and 5-6 Euro taxi ride) in a decent, safe area literally one building away from a grocery store and around the corner from McDonald's. Hotel has free breakfast and Chinese buffet/fresh work/barbacoa with indoor/outdoor seating connected to it with prices 12-14 Euros. Clean, updated but basic rooms.

Think about the location of hotel

15 minutes walking to the train station. From this station, there is 5 stops to arrive to the main square of Madrid in the city center. Far from the Airport. But, you can go by metro if you have enough time. Breakfast was very good.

The Hotel itself was nice a little run down but for the price a fair deal. It however is in a poor location being about a 30 min walk to nearest metro then about an hour and 2 metro trains to centre of madrid, and also a 50 euro cap ride to airport. Hotel staff are very friendly but have minimal english and was difficult to communicate at times. The so called "Fitness Centre" was very disappointing having on a exercise bike and olylipical trainer. breakfast was very diverse with many options and having your coffee made for you was a lively touch. Over all as a travelling tourist I would not recommend the hotel due to the poor location and lack of english, however If your travelling around the area and speak Spanish then due to the friendly staff and tidy rooms I would reomomend it.
