Great stay, definitely reccommend.

Really easy check in by the machine in the lobby, lovely room with a super terrace. Bed was very comfortable, seating area great and bathroom had everything we needed. Staff that we met were all friendly and helpful. Photos were, in the main, accurate although the pool area maybe looks a little more spacious than in reality - not a problem for us as we had such a great terrace 😊

The property is beautiful. The pool and terrace are amazing. The only downfall waa first night we were told tv was loud and it was at 10 on the volume. Other than that its a great stay.

We had been traveling for nearly 36 hours and we arrived well before our check in time, but the staff at the front desk worked with us to make our stay wonderful. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the black out curtains were perfect for helping us fight the jet lag. We had the Spidy Man apartment!

Clean & convenient place to stay

We stayed at a 2 bdrm 2 bath apartment for the family of 4. The apartment is spacious and clean. The check-in staff was very helpful and nice. It's a short walk about 10min or less to Atocha train station, and a small supermarket right across the street is convenient for grocery shopping during our stay.

The apartment is conveniently located near the Atocha train station in Madrid, close to a metro stop and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and communicative. The building has an elevator, and we were able to use the kitchen and washing machine. We would definitely stay here again!

The only problem was the underground parking, it took a lot of effort to enter and exit the extremely narrow ramps, but I think that is very common in Spain and not specific to this hotel, other than than, it was a very pleasant experience.
