It was great. But you really do need to invest in a new credit card system for that coffee bar by the lobby. It’s stressful to not only the customers but also the workers they were still graceful, but get with the times.

If it wasnt for Mike l would have been miserable.

Cheryl,on reception was bland unfriendly. I asked her if we had appropriate room for our booking. Couldn't have cared less. No promised prosecco. Room smelled of mildew, and a couple of plugs didn't work. Sound of knocking most of the night. By this time we had unpacked. Went to reception the following morning, Mike was amazing,listened to us, and gave us another room with a beautiful ocean view. Rooms especially brown chest of drawers in bedroom need changing.lounge area great. Some staff a little unfriendly at the sunbed and grill areas. Wasnt keen on the Rum fish grill started to sweep up around us?!! Thanks MIKE ON RECEPTION. Loved St petes tho.

We booked a Resort View Studio 2 Queen Beds room, that had a description of "Brand New" and the room definitely was not! Closet doors were falling off, rust throughout the trim, furniture falling apart, etc. There was wiring, no clue what it was used for, just dangling in the closet. They moved us to another room and while the dresser was still falling apart, it was much better.

Perfect location right on beach. My favorite thing about this hotel is that they have nightly live entertainment around the pool area. We were there to celebrate our daughter’s birthday & she was pleased with r stay. We will be back.

Loved our stay at Rumfish! Travelled with small children and there was lots to do. Beach was beautiful, pools clean, staff friendly but not pushy or hovering. We especially enjoyed the crafts by the pool and cabanas!
