Almost excellent

We love the decorations and atmosphere at the hotel. Hotel and area is clean and safe. Very convenient to go around. Staffs are friendly. Very nice to have complimentary mini bar items available. The only complain I had was I woken up by 2 phone calls at almost 1am. Someone called us by mistake, looking for a wrong person and interrupted my sleep. The soundproof to the hallway is not good as well. I can hear people talking, walking and opening their doors. Breakfast is delicious and the server at the restaurant is very attentive and excellent. I will recommend this hotel to others.

A Hidden Gem

If you want to experience old Macau and /or you are not into the casino scene, this is the place for you ! Amazing property, 5 star service - the highlight of our trip to this area. The decor is unique and stunning and the staff is superlative

Was such a unique hotel. We were on the 10th floor done in 1940s style.... but had all the modern things.. like usb ports beside the bed... adapters. Staff were fantastic.... area was walkable and safe.

Beat boutique hotel I ever visited!

The attention to detail on the design and amenities was fantastic! The pillows and bedding was so comfortable it is actually better than regular business hotel chains! Complimentary mini bar was an icing on the cake!

Beautiful hotel with a great team

This is hotel is just beautiful and the staff is professional and very attentive. 2 remarks; we shouldn’t have to pay for a coffee refill at breakfast and the internet was very bad in my room.

Room in 1920's style, but modern in disguise-automatic curtains, etc. Breakfast was more than filling, but set menu (Eastern or Western) and no refills of coffee/tea. Botique hotel in great location, it seemed rather elegant, and was apparently all just renovated. Check out the rooftop for a view.
