Th Hotel was lovely and the view from window beautiful. The bathroom was clean and pretty but bathroom needed a shelving area for travel products . The room could have had better lighting - was darkish . I have to say the spiral staircase to breakfast made me dizzy . The breakfast was not as nice as others and staff at breakfast not very hospitable.

Our room has extremely low ceilings, right above the reception area. We complained to the receptionist, and she said all rooms were full. It's mid September, I wouldn't have booked this hotel had I known about it's condition.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed. Hotel was in a good central position. Outside the hotel there is an area which needs some attention as it looks run down. Close to good selection of restaurants and we were given good recommendations by the receptionist

A very convenient location. Unfortunately the cafe next door has closed and there’s rubbish been left. The service was excellent - a small issue with the room was fixed without delay and we received a food gift due to any convenience we may have had. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to stay for both families and couples! Nicely located in the centre of town, walking distance to all the shopping and dining. Also the hotel lobby has free coffee machine that makes hot chocolate too. Free water and sparkling water as well as nicely brewed herbal tea. Love the friendly staff and don’t forget to try their breakfast option, it’s quite nice, everything is done just right, including the drinks.
