We did not feel this hotel was worth the price or its 4-star rating. Rooms were dated and A/C was insufficient/noisy. We have stayed at better hotels in this area of Lyon before for a similar price point.

A great hotel all-round!

From the check-in desk staff, right through to the housekeeping staff, all were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern and because we were so central, we were able to get around on foot. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel while exploring Lyon.

The rooms were a nice size and very clean. Loved being on the ground floor with a little garden area right outside our rooms. The staff was very friendly. The hand written personalized note along with an uplifting quote was such a nice gesture by your check-in staff. No complaints about our stay! I would definitely go back when visiting Lyon.

Very good experience with the hotel. the staff at the front desk are super nice. The room was very clean, it comes with a fancy tower warmer system, looks brand new. The only downside is that it is not located in the busy tourist area, but it was very safe to walk at night. in fact, because it is still within the walking distance, we got the chance to cross the bridge every night to enjoy the beautiful river scenic view.!! Will definitely recommend it to others.

Parking was in the lower level of the hotel , Driving around the curve was way to tied and narrow for the car on our way out we scratch the car on the pad of carpet they had stuck on the wall . So they knew that it was a tied fit.

It's an ok hotel between Part-Dieu Station and the city centre. The room was small (nowhere practical to keep a small suitcase) and basically furnished without much by way of amenities; and the instant coffee and minibar were not restocked during my stay. I'd not complain if it was billed at three star, but four star seems a stretch of the imagination.

Asked to pay twice

I booked and paid through Hotel.com at the time of booking but the receptionist at the hotel charged me to pay again when we were checking in. Sometime after checking in they confirmed that I indeed have already paid and that refund is in process. We are still waiting for the refund to come through.

Das Personal ist im allgemeinen angenehm, einige hilfreicher als andere. Sehr nützlich fanden wir den gratis Wasserspender in der Lobby. Alles in allem ein empfehlenswertes Hotel !
