However, we want to clarify that this activity is not continuous throughout the night and day, as you mentioned. In response to your feedback about cleanliness issues in the kitchen and bathroom, we want to assure you that we take great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our property. We employ professional cleaners who are diligent in their work and ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained after each stay. It is disheartening to hear that you encountered cleanliness issues, especially as our housekeepers were surprised by your report and we did not receive specific details or photographic evidence from you to support your claim.Regarding the lack of hangers for clothes, we provide an open hanging rack with ample clothes hangers along with hooks behind doors and hangers in drawers.Lastly, we acknowledge that the lawn may have been longer than usual during your stay. This was due to our efforts to accommodate your request for an early check-in, which we granted instead of prioritizing lawn maintenance.
