The home was beautiful; the layout and size of bedrooms was nice. We prefer king beds, but the queen was comfortable and more than adequate. The shopping in Lyle was very limited as were restaurants', but we found our way around quickly. The view was fabulous, the weather was perfect, and it was very close to the wedding we came to attend. It was the perfect place for us!

We had a wedding in Hood River. This home was 15-20 minutes from Hood River. Not inconvenient and a beautiful drive. Home was spotless and comfortable. Amenities were spot on and the view from the deck at sunset was spectacular and relaxing. Neighborhood was a little iffy, but neighbors were quiet and we had an enjoyable stay. Drive is steep and a little uneven but the option to park one car and offload/load from the back entry was helpful. One caution, there is a toll on the bridge from Hood River which was not a huge deal, but could get pricey depending on your use. Tip: tolls can be paid on line. House was in a good location for our various fishing excursions at various places in the gorge. It accommodated the group size perfectly with 3 separate rooms. Kitchen was great for our cooking prep. Deck was large with a fantastic view.
