Great stay, loved it!

My daughter (6yrs) and I had an excellent stay at the Krystal Grand. I used the shuttle service from the airport (budget $35USD each way, as not included.) Easy registration process, the room was great, not fancy, but clean, and was well taken care of daily. Initially had an issue with no hot water in the shower, but that was fixed as soon as I mentioned it. There is a main coastal road directly behind the resort, so there is some traffic noise, but if you have some white noise or earplugs, no problem. We had the all inclusive package, and the food was very consistently good, at the buffet and the a la carte restaurants. A couple of theme nights with entertainment (music and dancers). The kids club was great for my daughter to have play time with other kids, and to give daddy a bit of a break! Awesome staff here too! The pool areas were great, clean and reasonable access to the lounge chairs (only a few travellers leaving stuff on them and never using them!) The two main all-access pools weren't too crowded, and an Adults only pool area separated by a short walk through a breezeway. Dont miss the rooftop adults only skybar Great service from bar and wait staff, who're always close by, friendly and generous. Beautiful, clean beach with a vendor only once in a while...not overwhelming. Almost no-one ocean swimming as Cabo has reputation for riptides. Its a miles long open beach with a shore break, once you were past the break, you can swim comfortably waist to chest deep.

Always go back to Krystal the staff is so helpful...and w kids the swim area is great. I recommend it to everyone and will be back next year ...only downfall was it seems the buffet was better last year ...no sausages for breakfast 2 days in a row...no bacon a few times ...cottage cheese was only available a couple times ...the wait time for omelet and sometimes to get in to eat was abit of a wait. We just returned from Reflect Krystal Grand Los Cabos and had a great experience overall. The service and staff were excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful ocean views, easy beach access, and plenty of available seating by the pools and beach (no need to fight for chairs!). One of the highlights of our trip was that Expedia upgraded us to the Altitude Club, which was absolutely worth it. We had access to a private bar, pool, and top-shelf alcohol, plus a personal concierge through Expedia who was fantastic—super helpful and easy to work with. However, the biggest downside was the food. We visited this resort six years ago, and back then, the food was great. Unfortunately, this time, it was disappointing—bland flavors, small portions, and overall not up to the standard we remembered. Another change is that the resort used to provide transportation downtown, but they no longer offer that, so you have to arrange your own ride. That said, it’s still worth going downtown, especially for the San José del Cabo Art Walk. The nightlife also needs improvement. There’s a club on-site, but it smelled moldy and wasn’t enjoyable. The resort could really benefit from another late-night bar or lounge, as most of the property shuts down around 10:30 PM. Overall, we had a great trip thanks to the service, amenities, and relaxed atmosphere, but we really hope they improve the food and add more nightlife options. If you’re loo

It’s a nice resort with a beautiful view of the ocean. If I could recommend one thing… this place needs a massive upgrade to the food quality & options. Also it’s an all-inclusive resort but room service is 150 pesos every time. This resort has so much potential the staff, the views, how safe it is especially for the little ones travelling if we could just do something about the food. I’m hoping ownership steps up because we would love to be back but the food needs to change & believe me we tried everything we didn’t get sick so that’s another positive but other resorts wouldn’t even be an option for us if the food could just be better✌

We had 2 birthdays to celebrate and our butler was supposed to send cakes. They never arrived. There were 12 of us in our group anf 5 of us became very ill. Don't know if it was the food or water. One couple had to delay their departure costing several hundred dollars because she was too sick to leave the room to go home. Dining was limited. Guy at beach snack bar would lick off anything that fell on his hand while making drinks. Hot tubs were never hot and most jets did not work. The view from our room was amazing but we won't be back.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and respectful. Some were memorable - Gabriel our concierge, Manuel & Julien bar staff, Beatrix & Estefanita in the Grill immediately come to mind. Our room had a gorgeous view and the bed, bedding and pillows were absolute perfection! However, there were telltale signs of needing a deep clean, the bathroom in particular. We did not use the balcony jacuzzi because of stains and the possibility of a leak. Twice we had water running down our balcony wall and we thought someone above us had a leak. We did report it and although it eventually stopped, no one followed up as to the source. The food was good but not always hot, particularly at the O Buffet and oatmeal at the Grill. All restaurant staff could not do enough to keep you very satisfied. I suppose some don’t mind loud music blaring at the pools, particularly the family pools, but we only used the adults only pool because of that. All in all it was an enjoyable stay, a special thank you to all the employees in all categories of work.
