The hotel view is beautiful, great pools, activities, and near to a pristine beach . The staff were friendly and helpful. The problem is the water pressure are weak when you flush the toilet.

We came to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and our start was fantastic to say the least on our first day we were greeted by Gabriel who was very welcoming and they have their own Expedia reservation attendant the second day Omar helped us out and he truly went out of his way to make our vacation the most memorable form constantly checking in on us to accommodating the perfect room for our anniversary! If you come to Krystal Grand and book through Expedia look for Omar ! Thank you once again for making this stay memorable!

The stay was enjoyable overall. The food was decent, with several restaurants available on-site. We opted for the Italian cuisine, while the portions were quite small, the pizza stood out as especially delicious. Unfortunately, both restaurants we tried had wait times exceeding an hour, which was a bit frustrating. Swimming in the ocean wasn’t an option due to safety concerns, but the views were absolutely stunning and made up for it. The entertainment was a highlight—there was something happening every night, and the resort offered a daytime schedule with activities like aerobics, volleyball, and soccer to keep guests engaged.

I had a wonderful vacation at the Krystal! The staff was exceptional...shout out to Rosalba, Sergio, Fanny and Jose at the Grill!!! My concierge Gabriel was so very helpful and kind...Luis at the front desk was welcoming and very kind! I ate at every restaurant and the food was very good and the service exceptional! I will definitely be coming back to the Krystal!

Not young adult oriented

This hotel is not for those who are young (20-30’s), single, couples, or solo travelers. We booked an all inclusive because we planned to not leave the hotel and enjoy all its amenities. But It is definitely is catered for FAMILIES! The food service was terrible, bedrooms were outdated, amenities were also outdated and in bad condition, and there were no activities on the property. You cannot go in the beach unless you want to be taken by the waves, to rent a cabana you have to pay $80 but you can’t even enjoy it as it’s far from the beach and you can’t even get in. The pools were always filled with families with kids whom seem to always have pooped diapers, and staff never said anything. The “adult only” pool always had a kid in the vicinity, and the swim up bar closes at 5pm with watered down drinks. The restaurants served food with no flavor, the previous nights food, and always had flies in it. The bedroom was clean with beds that shook with any movement, the curtains were falling and breaking, and the sink in the bathroom never drained properly smelling like sewage. The hotel didn’t have events that catered to younger adults, and whatever events they did have were empty and not fun at all. Do not stay here unless you are prepared to be bored, have a family, and don’t mind leaving the hotel.

Overall it’s a place to relax, family friendly. If you want to drink or party I would suggest staying closer to los cabos. Bars didn’t have many drink options and pool bartender were not very welcoming. Other than that Gabriel and Omar always kept checking with us and making sure we were taken care of. Not many food options breakfast buffet got old after day 2. Would recommend if you want to go and relax.

Loud, spread out like a poured pile of thick manure, hard to navigate with the signage. Waited 10 minutes (with many empty tables around) to be greeted by waiter at Italian restaurant and finally left for another. Seated at new table at last in the Asian restaurant, was again ignored in favor of family group who arrived after. Not nice.

We really enjoyed our time at Krystal Grand Los Cabos. We traveled with our son's family and it was very family friendly. Shout out to Omar and Gabriel, our Expedia concierge, who were awesome and very helpful. They scheduled dinner reservation, airport transfers as well as check in/out, which was really easy. Thank you Gabriel and Omar for making our stay seamless.

Really great resort , you dont need the upgraded option [Altitude] unless u want to be more secluded and have a more private balcony pool [cool for sure]. Food was great restraunts were what you would get at a decent american place with the breakfast bruch buffet really good. All drinks were good especially mojitos and mezcal margaritas, not skimp on the booze.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, the food was excellent, and the overall resort experience exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Gabriel, the concierge, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. We really appreciated the room upgrade, and his attention to detail made a big difference in our trip. We were a group of six, and each of us had a fantastic time. Hugo was amazing at the sky bar. Great service also I appreciated the express check out done by Claudio. My experience with the Alititude Club was great. The buffet could use a little work. I would’ve appreciated a few other food options.

My husband and I stayed for 7 days, we had the blessing of meeting Gabriel Avila, who placed us in the room, a very polite, kind and very professional person, assisted us in everything we needed, including the room which was very comfortable, with a beautiful view, he had the courtesy to reserve the table for us for dinner time, almost every day, he made us feel very special, he also took care of all the details we had, we recommend it, if you want to have a wonderful experience at the Crystal Grand Los Cabos hotel, the buffet is very complete for breakfast and lunch, they have a lot of variety, fruits, salads, soups, fish, meat, chicken, etc. Angel who served us in the buffet restaurant, wonderful, his education, kindness, and patience with the customers, the service he provides at the table is very professional! That hotel really has a wonderful team, they make you feel at home!! We recommend it, Excellent 10/10

The best part about this hotel is having Expedia members here onsite. They went above and beyond to make my stay here wonderful. A special thanks to Omar and Athena who were always there to help. Omar made my husband birthday a special by providing balloons and a cake. All very thoughtful and he is an asset to have at the hotel.

Great resort. Food was decent. The Tepanyaki was really cool, and great for the kids! Pools were nice however in the heat the water became warm. Not really the property’s fault but just worth noting.

Gabriel and Omar were wonderful to ensure that my stay at the hotel would be nice. There was a mix up in the room that I booked and they both went above and beyond to relocate me to room that had the ocean view that I booked along with a table and 2 chairs on the balcony. The property needs to be updated but it was clean and presentable. The sliding door in my room fell off the track on 2 different days. Omar had maintenance come by each time to repair it. The restaurants were ok. The adult pool, walking on the beach and the ocean view were great. Overall, I had a nice time especially for the price. Big Thank You to Gabriel, Omar, the waiters, bartenders, maids and the rest of the staff—there were AMAZING.
