Rodrigo was the most amazing part of this stay. He worked remarkably hard the entire time week. Food was really good just wish there was a sidewalk not just a shoulder on the highway to walk on when leaving the resort.

Having a Butler was awesome never experienced this. Adrian in the Altitude tower was very hands on for any all concerns! Very nice adult pool, Sports bar & Altitude lounge. Good drinks! The food could have been better. Thats why we gave four stars. Will return!

The staff provided excellent service. Very friendly and accommodating, also highly responsive. Suggestions for improvement - the restaurants were "okay". Waitstaff service definitely needs some improvement or coaching. We were very disappointed there were no lounge chairs on the beach as depicted in the photos online. This could be a truly top-notch resort if they up their game a bit. As is, it was nice, great location, loved the adults only pool, and poolside waiters and bar tenders were great! My room was also kept very nice by the housekeeping staff. The rooftop bar needs more ambience and should be open to more guests. It always felt lonely up there!

Outdated. Dirty and needs lots of maintenance. Staff friendly but poor servi e. Buffett not stocked and food repetitive for dinner and not very good.

We booked 2 rooms, when we arrived one room was ready, the other room had bugs of some kind in the bed, we took them to the front desk and they did change rooms for us, the cleaning staff were very good They never had salt and pepper and service in the restaurant wasn’t that great The pool staff was awesome

We had so many problems; I can’t even remember them all. I feel the website should be more “specific” about the rooms and location of BelAir rooms. Food in the Grill was not good! Gabriel will bring this Resort to the standard it deserves. He is exceptional as well as many of the staff!

Check in was easy and front desk were polite and accommodating, Did not like having to get up at 6am to play towel game at the pool, if not seats were gone by 6:30 am. Adult pool was not heated, was so cold the1st the 4 days we could not even get in. By 5th day the sun heated it up enough to get in. Restaurants: Italian restaurant was ok, Japanese restaurant was our favourite, Breakfast at buffet was ok because the made fresh cooked Omletes. Dinner at buffet was served in warming trays and was luke warm....No fresh Salsa to be had at buffet. Would be nice if the buffet had fresh cooking stations. Dinner at The grill was cold & Mexican Restaurant was terrible..... Rooms were OK, we had a nice view, shower was always hot but no washcloths were ever provided. Drinks were Ok, but often ran out of Bacardi white. No blended drinks in Lobby bar.
