You'll love this bright and breezy 3 bedroom home, just steps to the beach in Marina Del Rey! You're located on a quiet part of Speedway, less than 1 minute walk to the beach! The bright living room has sunny windows. There is a sleeper sofa and 2 comfy chairs, and a 65 inch TV with Roku for streaming Netflix. The open dining room has seating for 8, and the kichen has all stainless appliances. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. And the mater bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Enter through the bright and sunny living room, which has a comfy sleeper sofa and 2 chairs, as well as a 65 inch TV with Roku for streaming Netflix. The whole place was just remodeled so everything is bright and new. The open dining room has seating for 8, and opens into the kitchen was has all brand new stainless appliances. There is also a washer and dryer off the dining room. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds (one has an ocean view!) and they both share a full bathroom. Very reasonable price for a great location on Venice beach. Place was very clean and Justin was great to work with. That said, it’s time for the unit to be freshened up, the salt air is really starting to take its toll on the metal surfaces inside/outside the unit. I would consider staying again once unit is renovated.
